A slightly different way of diving!

Optimize your water position, extend your range and increase your safety!

The Sidemount Diving specialty course is not just for cave divers! Diving with two bottles mounted on the front offers great advantages not only for technical divers, but also for all fun and recreational divers. You improve your position in the water and reduce your flow resistance by optimizing your center of gravity. You increase your safety (especially in cold water) because you can see and touch the bottle valves and regulator technology at all times. You save your back because you only have to put the bottles on in the water.

Course contents:

The rigging of the stages and their handling is one of the most important things that is taught during the specialty course in a theory unit and two training dives.

Course duration: 1 session of 6 hours

1 theory lesson

2 dives in the indoor diving center

Theoretical training:

We will teach you the new equipment and how to use it in a theory lesson. Detailed briefings before and after the dives will help you to apply and deepen what you have learned.

Practical training: (2 dives)

Within 2 training dives you will learn all the necessary skills to be able to do sidemount diving in a controlled and comfortable manner.

Including:

• Complete quality rental equipment (including ABC equipment)
• Complete sidemount rental jacket from X-Deep
• Entrance to the indoor diving center
• Certification fees
• Brevet (diving certificate in card format by post) & eCard (digital card)
