FREEDIVE TRAININGSimple. Together. Freediving.In our free training sessions, like-minded people meet for, as the name suggests, free training. Training takes place in the diving tower as you please. The whole thing takes place in a relaxed atmosphere and is suitable for all levels of ability. It is not about competition, but simply about relaxing and practicing the fascinating hobby of freediving together and meeting like-minded people. Depending on our capacity and the number of registrations, one of our freedive instructors will be there to give you advice and support. Please note, however, that this is not a course or coaching, but free training without specific content-related instruction.   • Who can participate?

    All trained freedivers who have a valid apnea certificate (at least Freediver * / Level 1 / Basic Certificate or equivalent) and are at least 18 years old. Please note that minors may only participate if accompanied by an adult buddy.

  • How much does free training cost?

    You only pay the normal entrance fee to dive4life and, if required, the rental equipment. Since this is neither a course nor coaching, there are no additional costs for you.
