CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Information on cancellations of diving courses can be found in the respective course. CANCELLATION OF TICKETS IN THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM:

• If you are unable to attend or are not "fit to dive", you can easily cancel the booked services yourself (including individual tickets)
• Of course, you can also send a replacement person. This does not need to be registered in advance.
• If you would like to cancel all or individual tickets, the following cancellation fees apply:Cancellation up to 1 week before the booked date: 95% refundCancellation 1 week to 3 days before the booked date: 90% refundCancellation 3 days to 1 day before the booked date: 80% refundCancellation 1 day to 1 minute before the booked date: 75% refundThe refund will be made automatically after you cancel the tickets online.Please note that we naturally make the cancellation fees as moderate as possible.The shorter the notice of cancellation, the less likely it is that the seats can be given to someone else.We therefore unfortunately have to charge the moderate fees mentioned above.
