Freediving / apnea diving is the silent way to enjoy the depths. Experience the water without disturbing noises and become one with the water. Sporting ambition paired with absolute deep relaxation is just one of many aspects that make free diving a fascinating sport. With the right training, you are always safe when freediving! In our freediving seminars we have put together various packages that have proven to be optimal due to our many years of training experience. In the seminars you have the opportunity to complete the courses according to the standards of the internationally recognized associations iac International Aquanautic Club and/or SSI. We would be happy to welcome you to one of our seminars! STRUCTURE OF OUR WEEKEND SEMINARS: The seminars will run on 1 or .2 days. On these days you can achieve various qualifications. Depending on how high you want to go or how low you want to go ;), you can choose from different packages. You can also complete Day 1 first and Day 2 at a later date.

All course prices include rental equipment. You only need swimwear to participate.
